Catering & Facility Rental
Whether you are planning a meeting, conference, banquet, or a reception, 博天堂官方 has facilities that can accommodate between 25 and 400 people. And with a full-service catering department, we offer a diverse menu from á la carte to special themes.
Holding a special event that needs a forum-type room? Our large Lecture Hall holds up to 395 people theater-style. Planning a wedding? Our outdoor Foundation Courtyard has been beautifully repaved with brick, and it can accommodate 250 people. This area has a wonderful fountain to add that special feeling to your event. We also have an in-house baker who can make the wedding cake of your dreams. We will make your special day a wonderful memory for you and your family.
Catering & Facility Rental Scheduling
Catering Policies
Orders should be placed ten working days prior to the event. A final guaranteed headcount, or changes, must be made no later than five working days prior to the event. You may not decrease your guest count after placing your final order. In the event the organization needs to increase their guaranteed number after the deadline, 博天堂官方 Food Service will try to accommodate the increase, however, this may result in menu substitution when necessary. A 20% surcharge may be added to late increases to offset additional staffing, and purchasing costs.
